The management of the Systems Division engages in a quality policy aimed towards integral quality and the development of a working environment receptive to continuous improvement. The whole organization must be involved in this policy in such a way that all delivered products and services satisfy the quality expectations of customers. In this context, a customer can be an external as well as an internal customer. The management determines strategic priorities that are outlined in the strategic plan for the organization. The framework that must ensure that this total quality is realized is a quality management system based on ISO 9001. The management herewith instructs the departments of the organization to properly formulate their task in the organization and to ensure that this formulation is known by all employees. A quality management system based on ISO 9001 must become operational such that the results achieved are verified by adequate reporting against the predetermined tasks. |
