CG manufactures state-of-the-art Laminated yoke DC Generators up to 2000 kW (50000 Nm torque) in frame size up to 710 to cover all variable speed drive applications. The D.C. Generator designs are with the latest technology developed and optimized with FEM / Flux plotting techniques to give maximum torque for each kg of material used.

    • Special commutator design with fiber glass taper rings, light weight & low GD sq construction.
    • Minimized vibrations, noise and longer bearing life through minimized unbalance at every stage. The precision balancing of rotors using state of art dynamic balancing provides the machine to grade better than 1.0.
