TCN (Train Communication Network) based VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) with WTB (Wire Train Bus) for Multi Loco compatibility.

    • Supports TCN standard confirms IEC 61375  user friendly
    • Control of whole vehicle controllers ( FLG function)
    • Interface to Aux. converter BUR 1, BUR 2 and BUR 3.
    • Interface to converter control bus station SR 1 and SR 2.
    • Interface to drivers cab including diagnostic and display.
    • Interface to pneumatic block.
    • Interface to train bus for multi-unit operations.
    • Control of Power supply.
    • Control of all locomotive auxiliary systems.
    • Administration of Multi-function Vehicle Bus (MVB).
    • Control Electronics consist of two devices named as VCU I & VCU II.
    • VCU I & VCU II are standard Euro rack with 6U height with an integrated heat exchanger and fan unit.

  • Train Controlling & Monitoring System (TCMS)

    • Control of communications among different subsystems.
    • Interface with the train via its Input/output channels and execution of the train logic.
    • Supervision, monitoring and recording of the train performance. The driver terminal is used to enter various driving parameters and train settings, also displays the condition of each and every train system.
    • Stores the diagnostic information on cash protected memory.
    • Interface to Aux. converter APC.
    • Interface to converter control bus station TCU 1 and TCU 2.
    • Interface to drivers cab including diagnostic and display.
    • Interface to pneumatic block & train bus for multi-unit operations.
    • Control of passenger ventilation systems.
    • Control of all MEMU auxiliary systems.
    • Administration of Multi-function Vehicle Bus (MVB).
